SHIPPING INFORMATION: Products that are in stock usually ship the same day, or within 72 hours. The average cost for 1 box is $9.00 to $14.00. Some of our more popular items may have a later shipping date.


RETURN POLICY:

Products may be returned within 30 days of purchase, at CUSTOMER'S expense, and must be unopened, and in their original packaging (this includes the user manual, plastic wrappers not torn, batteries, etc).

Refunds are subject to a 20% restocking charge if units have been used or packaging material has been opened (torn wrappers, etc), NO EXCEPTIONS.

Refunds do not include the original shipping and handling charges or the $40 Coupon, NO EXCEPTIONS.


EXCHANGES: We no longer offer exchanges for converter boxes; no exceptions.



DEFECTIVE UNITS

All Converter Boxes sold are NEW, and shipped to us directly from the Manufacturer and then shipped to Customers. CUSTOMER need to contact Manufacturer for defective units as they warranty their products (most products have a 90 Day warranty and some products have 1 year warranty).

We do not replace Defective units, no exceptions.

Refunds will be issued by PayPal or Company Check, 7-10 days after receipt of merchandise and verification the product is in good selling condition.

RMA

Prior to return, customer must obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number.
We reserve the right Not to Accept any return shipments without our RMA number.

Consumers can continue to apply for converter box coupons until July 31, 2009, while supplies last, online at www.dtv2009.gov or by calling 1-888-388-2009 (1-888-DTV 2009).

Coupons expire 90 days after they are issued.
